Changed the plugs and now it smokes!!!!

Weel heres what hapened.
Car started to hesitate while accelerating.CEL came on so I figured could be a fouled spark plug rigth!
So I check and I was corect the #1 spark plug was fouled.
So I decided to buy all 4 ngk and gap them at 0.29 since my car is fully stock.
Reset my ECU and all is well my car stop hesitating.


But then when I wnet for a test drive and hit the gas (WOT) and look at my rear view mirror al I see is a big ass cloud of smoke!!!
Its kind of white brownisch colored.
Upon closer inspection I decide to take out the #1 spark plug again since it was the faulty one in the first place and it had some oil in it.

Once again it only smokes when I punch it or leave the engine reving steady at more than 4000RPM or when going into BOOST.
It does noy smokes when its at IDLE.

What could it be?
Valve stems or the #1 piston ring?

Do a leak down and compression test. I'm betting its the rings.

check the gaskets around the plugs it may be leaking a small amount of oil then burning it off

Hmmm.....you reset the CEL before you found out what it was? That might have given you some clues. Next time it cmoes on, perhaps you should have someone pull the codes.

Ok did the compresion test and the results were as follows:
#1 cylinder 170
#2 cylinder 160
#3 cylinder 160
#4 cylinder 170
Now this readings to my understanding would tell me that my PISTON RINGS are in good shape
I dont really think that the TURBINE has anything to do with my problem since I have oil only in the #1 cylinder.If my TURBO was mesed up I would have oil in at least 2 more spark plugs.
Am beting its maybe faulty valve steams or the gasket around the plug hole.
What do you guys think
