Center Taillight

How do you make the center part of your taillights look like this? Can you just scrape off the ECLIPSE letters and paint over the stock piece? And then does anyone know where you can get lettering such as the "turbo" on this car?

Can you just scrape off the ECLIPSE letters and paint over the stock piece?

Yes - you can use a plastic scraper like a credit card to get under each letter and peel them off - then use some adhesive remover to clean off the glue.

The center plate comes off after the removal of a few nuts from inside the hatch area.

You can then paint it yourself or take it to a paint shop and have them do it.

Do some searching on the board and you can see how others did it.

And then does anyone know where you can get lettering such as the "turbo" on this car?

Ebay (I found mine from a Porsche turbo emblem - but look around - all types on there)
