car stalls when rpms get low, and theres a whistling sound

i was driving yesterday and at a light my car stalled, next light i got to, it stalled again when i didnt feather the gas, also theres a whistling sound coming from the car, i was real low on oil, i topped it off last night, anyone have any ideas, any comments appreciated

nope, all stock. free mods; cut can, k&n, removed the honeycomb and silencer, bcs mod. so not much at all, cleaned my IC a couple hundred miles ago, and cleaned out my egr valve 200 miles ago.

How long have you been running the mas like that? Just do it or has it been running good with the mas like that?

i bought the car from a friend of the family and he did it the same time my dad did it to his, im pretty sure back in 95' so its not that

put the honeycomb and silencer back in

dont put the silencer back in that has nothing to do with anything but keeping the car quiet, thats why they call it a silencer.
