Car Idles at 0 RPM but still on

Alright well i am haven some crazy problems with my car! my car idles at like 0 rpm no bs and then the engine shakes alot and the car does not drive right. it wont pick up pass 3 rpm when i want to drive it! and there is no smoke coming from exuast so i hope its not a piston! and i checked all my IC pipping! and all other lines! and ecu, well if you now what it can be let me now i also checked all plugs and wires and everything is normal i have some mods look in my mod list if you want to now what i got well thanks and hopefully you can help me thanks for your time later

what psi and do you have any fuel mods?

Did you check the fuel system yet, even if you don't have any mods? I'm just guessing, but maybe when you go above 3k, the fuel just cuts off so thats why you have no power.
