Best Western. This year, I didn't stay at the BW; I just hung out there. This coming Shootout, I'll actually be staying there with the rest of the guys from southwest MI.

you flying or driving? If you guys are driving, half of me would want to come with you, while the other half would hate that long of a drive. I say we all fly there, although your converted to awd 2g would be something others might want to look at. I don't see any point in bringing my car, as its nothing special. People would look at it and go, o, another 1g. And I would be worried sick about it every second I was away from it, as usual.

FMIC's allowed but no cutting of the front facia for Stock Appearing DSM Class?? What FMIC fits with no trimming, some rediculous $1200 FMIC?

Ohh and what is stock appearing about a Front Mounted Intercooler? They only come stock on EVO's and SRT's.

STOCK APPEARING (DSA)
-Heads up class. Pro Tree. LANE 1.
-Full interior required. NO nitrous. DOT 140+ tires only.
-FMIC's O.K but must fit without any cutting of the front fascia. NO external wastegates, NO sheetmetal intakes, NO air to water intercoolers, NO cut outs for the exhaust, NO headers. COP ignitions O.K.
-Turbos must remain stock appearing. 02 housings are fine but no external dump tubes. Upgraded upper and lower i/c pipes O.K. Open element filters O.K. for speed density conversions but must be done neatly and retain stock position and appearance.

No alcohol inejction. As for the turbo as long as it appears to be stock you can run in the dsa.

I'll be flying for sure. The in-laws live in Missouri, so we(me and the wife, and all the bay dsmers that want to come) willl fly out there together. And then me and the wifey are bouncing and heading to MO for a week and then commign back to the bay. I would love to have my car out there and race but way way way to long of the drive to make it tollerable to me.
