Boost??

What is a good boost level to run through a stock 1990 Laser. The only things that are done to it is the freebies, MBC and boost gauge ... only cause I'm poor. Any help would be appreciated.

15 psi should me the max. you can push 16, but you might hit fuel cut. also depends on how well your car's runnin.

It's got about 125,000 on it but it has been taken care of since it was new (my dad used to own it). It is in great mechanical shape . . .
