I just recieved my blitz sides today and I was wondering if anyone has any instructions on installing them and is it hard at all?

3m autmobile moulding tape is used to mount them on the sides and screws are used in the wheel wells, in all probabilty they don;t fit and you have to shave/cut/grind off some of the skirt to make it fit

ok so there is no screws that go in on the bottom that sounds like BS to me and also what do I use to shave and mold the parts where I need to to make them fit? thanks I don't mean to sound like a dick about the no screws in the side part but I saw my friends skirts and there is little screws along the door jam isn't that bad to just have it chillin there with some tape?

if your friend has the same side skirts as you, than ask him how he put his on and do it the same way, and some side skirts you have to "fabricate" a way to hold them on.

First off- Do some looking around using the search engine- this is a common question and the answer IS out there.

Secondly- if you have to ask, that means you have little to no body experience, and it would be quite the challenge for you to get them to mount correctly.

Third- The only screws that most people will put into their side skirts are in the wheel wells. Use 3M Automotive tape on all surfaces to secure it right off and make sure everything is good, then screw it in in the wheel wells. The automotive tape holds pretty strong and if done correctly it won't be exposed to the weather- which would cause it to lose grip and fall off.

LOL I hate that "if you have to ask you can't do it" comment. If it involves a drill, screws and "tape" it's nothing like rocket science.

its not simply drill , screws and tape only. anyone can put on a side skirt, but putting it on that looks good, ahhh that requires a lot skill, not for a first timer.

I consider myself pretty handy and DIYish, fabricating my own parts and stuff THAT actually look good but I admit that even I don't have the skill to put on a side skirt much less and entire kit by myself even though I've seen it done in front of my eyes when my kit was installed.

Ok, here we go. I'm man enough to admit that you're right and I'm a no it all wanna be expert, honestly though after everything I heard from people saying, I thought how hard can it be well if can be VERY hard. I should have listened to you I tried putting them on today and holllllly jeezuz, it needs to be shaved, molded, twisted, bent, the back sticks out and you can't shut my door all the way, nothing bad on either part but just enough to make it fit shitty and me not wanting to ruin it, so just wanted to say sorry for acting like such an ass
