Big16g mhi Ported 0 Shaft play No rebuild needed

I have a ported MHI 16g that I am trying to sell. Why cause I want a few more aftermarket things for my eagle talon. I Just bought a mhi 20g. The only thing that is wrong with this turbo is a bolt is busted in the the hot side. A machine shop quoted me 20.00 to get it out. Here are a bunch of pics of it. I ran 24 psi Daily.
