Big, or small problem?...

Ok when i bought my car the guy put in a new clutch , pressure plate etc. Recently i've benn noticing it loosing master cylinder fluid very slowly. Anyway its been a few mounths and my clutch is ingaging,dissangaging near the floor and sometimes it sticks there. So i decide to re-bleed it. Dosnt fix it. I bring it to a mechanic down the street and he says its an internal problem. It woont hurt it driving around like this but when you in N and you push the clutch in and it dosnt ingage you get this embarassing grind.

What am i looking at here?

your master cylinder or slave cylinder are bad. Slide the boot back on the slave and if fluid comes out then its bad. Look behind the gas pedal on the firewall ( inside the car) and see if theirs fluid leaking down from the rod sticking through the wall if there is then the master is bad.........
