Big 16g help

I have a 1g eclipse GSX. when I bought it the guy threw in a big 16g. the only problem is that it has a skewed up compresser wheel. I know I need to send it off but I have no idea where? Do u guys have any idea what I can do and how much it will cost??? Thanks alot.
