How many Batman Fans on here? Ive been waiting for a real gothic Batman movie now since the Batman movie was realeased in 1989. I think this one will do it as it completely restarts the series and tells the story as comic books did. Heres a link www.batmanbegins.com

i read an article about that vehicle. Dont remember too much, just that its capable of such insane speeds that the vehicle can jump and hover for about 40 seconds. Cost a couple million to make.

Equilibrium was an awesome movie.

Tim Burton isnt in the seat..Although this movie is very similiar to the first couple Batman movies as it is defianely more gothic. The batmobile is a little rough around the edges due to the way this movie is made. This is Bruce Wayne starting out as batman.

I agree with the need for a darker batman. I mean the comics make him out to be this twisted pycho hero that is a slave to his desire for revenge and not some george cloney with rubber nipples . They better not have rubber nipples in this movie or I'll be pissed. They need to make it as close to the comics as spiderman.

no Tim Burton...in An Evening with Kevin Smith (funny ####in video) has a little blurb about him. In the new planet of the apes...there's a scene at the end where there's an apes head on the Lincoln memorial instead of Abes head, heh. Anyway...in a short comic book series Smith did before called "Chasing Dogma" which ties Chasin Amy to Dogma. In that comic (which came out before the new Planet of the apes) he has the scene from Jay and Silent bob strike back where apes take over the world...that scene was in the comic but it also had another fram where they were replacing the lincoln head with the ape head. and he jokingly said in a newspaper that he was contemplating legal action and burton replied "Any one that knows me, knows that I would never read a comic book...especially anything written by Kevin Smith" and Smith then says in the video "Which to me explains ####in batman"

I liked it the original Batman, but i think it could've been done a lot better...and i am taking into account it was made a bajillion years ago. And the new batman looks like it's gonna be great.
