ok,well first i had to install a new clutch a couple weeks ago a stage2 eclutchmasters clutch pretty nice clutch.but after i installed it i had a lot of clutch chatter the car would almost shake to death..but figured thats the price to pay for performance...so anyway a couple weeks go by im on my way to work the car wont shift into gears..a trailer ride home,i take the clutch out by myself..inspect the pressure plate and flywheel,fine.so i put it all together it runs good,a little while later the peddle feels soft and it starts grinding so i install new slave.ok for a little while.then i notice the trans has a gap about an inch from the block and everytime i pushed in on the clutch it was pushin the trans back,greaaaaaat.so i install the missing bolt but guess what the %^$^ing tab breaks
so i had to think of a way to fix it...i took off the enginge mount drilled a hole through it and ran a bolt through the trans into the engine mount great fixed my problem go to start the car my starter finally kicks it errrrrrrrggggggggg.ok get it started it drives greaaatttt no more clutch chatter it shifts smoothly im on cloud nine so on the trip home..it starts sounding funny the just starts shaking and making a horrible screaching noise the clutch starts smoking and i cant get it to disengage oh my gawwwd. i get home i pull the boot by the shift fork take a glance in there and the spring that holds my damn throw out bearing has come off and the bearing is just beating aroun in there against the pressure plate.so now i have to drop the trans again im starting to hate my car..im gonna trade it for a honda....errgggghhh just had to vent by the way this all on the same day..sorry so long i had to vent....
