Bad stutter on start up

I have a non turbo 420a, and on any start up doesnt matter if it is cold or not, will stutter like a misfire until i give some gas then will idle at 900rpm. Will run smooth until next start up. Me and a few friends think it could be a fuel delivery issue but we are not 100% Also on start up tonight my friend noticed it stutter when i put it in drive also blew smoke possibly blue tint to the smoke, also smells like it is burning extremely rich!

Check to make sure the coolant temperature sensor is in proper working condition. The ecu needs an accurate signal to supply the proper amount of fuel on startup.
