I have a question about my awd drivetrain I am going to put in my spyder. How do I know it's working properly before I install it? Most of the parts are removed but the engine and trans is still in the donor car. I thought if I spun one of the front wheels then the output of the x case should turn as well. Am I wrong? I would like to figure this out before I put all this in. I checked the rear lsd diff and both wheels spun forward so this is still working but just not sure about the front half. Thanks in advance.

Also when I spin the front tires the they spin in opposite directions if this means anything. The only time I can get the output on the x case to move is when the car is in neutral and I spin the front tires in gear it doesn't move. I also found out that if I rotate the input shaft of trans the output to x case will rotate as well. Hope this is enough info for everyone. I just want to make sure I'm not installing broken parts is all.

Nobody has any idea how these transmissions act when not running to know if awd works? I'd really hate to find out the hard way.
