man you are shit out of luck. there is one in west sacramento but its a campus wyotech, and another at UTI north of sacramento. that's where one of my buddies did their dyno and there isn't any other i can think of. there's a popular one in Union city out in the bay call Full Function Tuning but that depends on what tuning program you are going to be using. here's the link Full Function: Dyno Tuning Services good luck.
