I have a 5th gear shift fork that seems to be a bit worn (95-96 AWD trans), so I went to my spare trans (97-99 AWD)
to swap the shift fork from that. Turns out the hole for the roll pin is at a different angle so it won't fit. I spoke to Jacks Trans about this and he said they should all be the same, so I'm not sure what's going on here.

Also, I have a FWD trans that I'm wondering if the 5th gear shift fork is the same as the AWD one?

Any transmission experts have any info? Thanks!
