Pop the oil pan off and take a look at your bearings.

Well I found out what was in my tank. It was the O ring for the fuel pump assembly deteriorating and dropping into my tank.

Try to find a gas station with zero ethanol. Maybe that's what is deteriorating new pump seals?

It's the ring that keeps fuel in the tank when it's full. Huge o ring.
