1g rollstop fitment verification:

Depending on turbo brand and how you clock it everything clears in a 1g. There may be the possibility of needing 1/8" notched out by one of the compressor cover bolts in a 4" compressor cover. It's a tight fit but everything clearances fine! Heres some pix.

I also will be adding 44mm dump tubes to the website, and eventually a down pipe to complete a whole hot parts kit for this t3 setup!

I'm running one of these on my 1g. The turbo is an fp3586htz, it's in a Garrett t31 housing with the 4 bolt discharge milled into a 2.5" v-band. Neither the hotside, or compressor housing have any clearance issues. With the hotside I chose you can actually use a fp 2.5" o2 housing to bolt up to the stock downpipe flange. The Garrett gt housings flow a little better, but discharge a lot further away from the housing making a custom downpipe needed.

Even with a forrester intake, and Kelford 272's the spool up is impressive for a 62mm 800hp turbo. With minimal tuning I'm getting around 17psi at 5200 rpms, and airflow climbing past 8000 rpms.

I know these are marketed as a 2g mani but it works fine on my 1g.

As always when looking to mod, or just buy parts for your Dsm, look first to our supporting vendors. They take the time (and pay) to have a forum presence, and not be another guy on Facebook looking to make a buck.

Is there any oil drain clearing issues? Would u need to trim the front roll stop? 3rd picture may be deceiving me but from this angle it looks like the oil goes center into the roll stop.
Not at all. Here is a picture I took during mock up. I'm pretty sure the short Garrett gt cartridge and placement due to the t31 housing help.

Plenty of room with the turbo your using. The precision cartridge looks a bit bigger from the pics. I wonder how fitment would be with a Holset hx35.

Kyle, i've been off the forums for quite a long time. Man, i am really impressed and proud of your work. I have the money but not the desire to ditch my current setup.
If/when that day comes you will be my first contact. You have my word.
I'm on the FP mani/FP Black. That and i drive my dsm maybe 1k miles a year anymore.
But anyway, enough of my stuff, keep up the good work my friend and happy new year!

Got another two t3's finished and on the shelf ready to ship! If anyone is looking for a dsm flange manifold i can do that as well with the same or similar runner design as the t3, if you are using an fp black, red, or green, or fp30/35 series turbos! with or without wastegate for 775$ + shipping anyone need one?

Any idea when u may have a batch of twinscroll t3's? You should also offer the hotparts like the waste gate dump tubes and v-band downpipe. Probably pricey but well worth it with the quality and attention to detail u exhibit. Keep it up! Your making me want to tackle a welding course/school.

I will offer dump tubes if you need one with a manifold, no problem! I am waiting for a few things before offering a bottom mount t3/t4 divided but it's coming up soon

I've got a FP3052 on the shelf that will probably go on next spring. If I pull my FP manifold and find any cracks, I'll be picking up one of your manifold's without a doubt.

Great work as always, Kyle. Thanks for supporting the community.

Man i got this delivered yesterday dude I have to say, and I am a big critic , This is absolutely the best craftsmanship I have ever seen in a manifold, not to mention quality of the material used a true work of art! I have to say I am very pleased. As soon as I get a 40mm wastegate its going on the car! Thanks.
