That box looks like its from 1950. Does APEXi still list it on their site? If they don't still make it, it's probably because it sucked.

And that takes lying to the ECU to a whole new level. Combine that with an SAFC and the poor computer will be so confused it might have a nervous breakdown. And let me tell you, therapy isn't cheap.ROFL
 
Wow, welcome to 1999. Maybe earlier, I wasn't really in the scene back then to know exact dates. I'm amazed they have one of those things still in the original packaging.

And no, you don't want to run one of those. Unless you're trying to build a period-accurate 20g car from the late nineties, running off a VPC/AFC/ITC combination, Tial 35mm gate, 550cc injectors, Centerforce dual-friction clutch on a JUN chromoly flywheel- you get the point. Though it is amazing how fast people got these cars to go working without the advances in technology we have today.
