In your opinions what is a better value?

A Apex'i N1 Cat-Back or a Thermal Research Cat-Back?

I hear great reviews about both these systems.
At first I was going to go cheap and buy a Pacesetter or an Airmass but I promptly realized that of all the mods I will do to my car the cat-back exhaust will be the most noticeable mod I will ever do to my DSM besides a turbo kit.

Alot of people say N1 because they love the tone of it but noone on this site has POSTED a wav file or an MP3 file of the sound that either exhaust makes so im going to have to say just ask the owners but like i said alot of people say the N1 is the best thing they ever bought....

Both exhausts are very nice. I have a thermal on my 1g and love it. Seems more 2g people go with the N1. I think youll be happy with either as far as sound and appearance goes. The only difference is the Thermal is a full stainless catback, whereas the N1 only has a stainless muffler.

no offense to either brand, but why dont you just go down to your local muffler shop and have them custom make you a system? Most charger like 150 + the muffler, you have quite a few choices as far as mufflers go, you can get them to put a resonator in too for a bit extra, so for about 300 you can have a nice good sounding cat back system, just my 2 cents, not to mention it would be custom and I'm probably overestimating the prices

I have the N1, I like the sound and especially the angled muffler....good luck
