Hey whats up, I did a search on this and couldn't find anything so I'll ask the question.
Anybody who has this boost controller should help me out: I have the AVC-R boost controller and I want to know if anybody has tunned it through out the rpm band? I have mine set at 1.25 bar at 60% duty for the high boost straight across the rpm band, and have the low boost set at .50 bar @ 45% duty through out the rpm band.
Has anybody tunned it to where it's set for each specific rpm? What are some good settings?

I havent played with mine since I put my car awaywich was about 6 months ago then I pulled the engine. ne way, the only in fo I got was in teh manual, it tells you step by setp what to do and how to set it for just abotu any thing, I never got mine right, I didnt read the manual till after I put the car away though. as soon as I find the manual I'll post something usefull
 
your rpm settings are going to be detrmined by your specific car. so a couple of runs in 3rd or 4th with a heavy load and have the avcr log the curve of boots and rpm. look for dips and correct the duty cycle at those rpm points. also, what are your target boost levels in psi? 1.25 is right around 19lbs of boost and your .5 bar is right around 7.5lbs but I am unsure of what your actual is, I dotn remember what the t25 stock boost was set at.

Anyway, my target levels are 16 for high boost and 8 for low boost. I am going to try your sugestion with the graph, I'll run her hard through the gears and replay looking for dips in the graph and adjust accordingly. Thats all I am really trying to eliminate anyway is the dips through out the rpm band. Thanks for the information.

I was just wondering if there was somebody who has theirs set specific to each rmp. Also what PSI are people running on their stock T 2 smalls?
