Anyone run a CRYo2 fuel chiller?

Isn't the cold temperature of fuels like e85 what makes them hard to light off in the winter? I think this would artificially create that situation. Has anyone known of an issue where the car was in some way hindered by the temperature of the fuel going too high before entering the cylinder?
