Anyone know any machine shops that can extract broken head bolt from block?

Just as the subject says. There's a bolt that seized and broke when the head for my 4agze engine was taken off. I went to shop near me and they want to charge me 100.

Just wondering if this is that the going rate for fixing a broken bolt is?

Can we get a pic of where the bolt is? Its not to hard to use an easy out. Lets see pic of where it is though.

I just took it to cylinder heads unlimited, hopefully dave can get it out, its kinda deep in there though.
