Yeah there are a few guys out here in slidell that have a dsm. I just bought bought a 92 Talon N/T, my couisin has a 90 awd turbo talon and this guy scott has 91 i think awd turbo talon.

I figured there were ALOT of people in La with dsm's but I am surprised how many are active on this forum. You don't see too many modded cars where I'm from. Well, you see a lot of Donks. Ugh. I am currently looking for my first dsm. Trying to get it as cheap as possible due to having lots of bills. Glad to meet all of you.

Any of you Louisiana DSMers want to see some good wheel to wheel racing action should come out to No Problem Raceway in Belle Rose. I will be racing my DSM at this event as well. Wow. This thread came a long way since I first started it. Ive since sold my GSX, but am now looking for another one. (91 GSX if anyone knows somthing!!). So its been a couple months but anyone still around?

I'm here and would love to see some more DSMer's around. Back when I had my 97 GS, over a year and a half ago, I would always see RS's everywhere but now I don't anymore. Not sure what happened? In the Baton Rouge area I've only seen 2 other 2g GSX's and a buddy of mine had a 95 GST. I think he blew it up but I'm not sure since he kind of "fell off the face of the earth." Not too many DSM's around, like has been said.

The whole import scene, at least in Lafayette, has become small. The whole city cracked down on street racing and people started selling their cars.
