Today at work it was really slow. I had my heat shield off. I had intentions of pollishing it. So this as a good time. It took a total of about 5 hours to do all together.

The steps I used.

First Coat of Snap On Metal Pollish
1500 Grit Wet Sand- Took couple of hours
Pollish more
Wet Sand
More pollish
Repeated process dozen couple times
Steel Wool
Pollish again
Wet Sand
Final Pollish

I also did a quick sanding and pollish of the letters. I am going to be painting the Vavle Cover black with pollished letters this weekend

The process of the exhaust piping only took about 25-20 minutes since I only used a 800grit sand paper and pollished it 3 times.

I was going to d one last night. But I ended up falling alseep. When I get off work today I will make one for the Heat Shield and the Exhaust.

And Defiant. Here at my work we have a heat protection coating stuff we use on the inside of fender wells on the 05' F-150's. I was going to use some of that for the underside.
