Hello

I have a big problem.

At the beginning of the year we have build the engine with Magnus parts 92 mm Magnus billit crankshaft and Manley Turbo Tuff, custom Ross piston however, unfortunately, after 500 km the engine was destroyed problem: all bearings were strongly worn see photo. The block was destroy!!!!

Now we build a new engine but after 100 km the bearings again very worn!

Magnus give no help! I should be a short block buying!

Does somebody has any idea? What is this for a problem?

did you have the mains align honed?
What torque are you putting on the bolts/studs?
I once had the wrong instructions send with my main studs and I had the mains overtorqued.
And I know its a new crank, but maybe have a machine shop check it out to check for straightness...

Yes the balance shaft was and is removed. How much oil pressure i must ask the tuner. we have a AEM EMS and a oil sensor in the head.
The oem gauge is a little bit over the middle.

Looks like the crank "polished" part of the the center main bearing. Other bearings have spots showing this also.

Line bore is off, or you installed main caps from another block. Or less likely, the mains of the crank were ground on a taper.

Still looking for what your clearances are on both the rods and mains.

The main caps are from the this block.

the oilpressure was 4,5 bar in the head and low rev.

4.5 bar in the head?

IIRC 1bar os 14.7psi

So 66.15psi in the head?

What is it at the OFH?
Should be knocking around 100psi

If it is, then the oil is moving too fast thu the bearing face.

Yes 1 bar is 14,psi

is 66 psi to much?

The oem gauge in the cockpit is a little bit over the middel.

What you mean with OFH?

He is asking what the pressure is at the Oil Filter Housing. Those look really bad man, what do YOU think happened or are you asking because, like me, you need others opinions which are a great thing to have?

Hello now we have build a new engine!
The first problem was the oilfilter house was defekt, now is the oilpressure better.
But after around 100 km we have see the OEM bearing, but it is again a problem and se not so good!

Is this a rest dirt from the block in the oilchannels?
