Air Bypass Valve Knowledge

Alot of people have mixxed opinions on Air bypass valves(ABV) on CAIs. Allow me to give you FACT.

Along with that. My ABV came in from Ebay today... its pretty sturdy construction. Unfortunatly it doesnt feature the rubber flaps as the brand name AEM ABV's do, which is essential in creating the "seal" along the routing of yur CAI piping. Not too upset becauseI knew I would be getting what I paid for. I paid like 35 bucks all together. For an extra 25 I could've had the AEM ABV. I tested the performance quality of my Ebay ABV on the street after just using my ebay CAI without the ABV. There is only a very slight difference, at least in the get up and go. But I will say my engine does breath alot better with the ABV on, so for now I'll leave it.

Looks good man I would've still gotten the brand name one but those should work alright, you should do some tests as well if your confident enough, just be careful still

No way I'm gonna test it on my car. Basicly where that filter is is just filter, this version of the air bypass valve which is whats on ebay right now, is not allowing you CAI to be a true CAI.
