The passenger air bag cover is peeling and i want o replace it. How do i take off the cover and put the new one on? or do i have to replace the whole air bag? If so where do i start? Do i have to start with pulling off the dash?

yeah, you have to remove the whole airbag. just remove the glove box and the bolts for the air bag are above it.

just a warning - disconnect the battery and wait 10-15 min for the battery in the airbag module to discharge or the baggy might go off on you.
