well i saved a few paychecks and im finally getting a magnus motorsports intake manifold. since my motor is built. I'm thinking about getting a NOS Direct Port System also. i know how nos works etc etc. I have a Buschur Racing Fuel Pump (hardwired) <---possibly soon a walbro 255lph fuel pump. i have a charged air adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator, and i have 720cc Ball Sytle injectors from extreme motorsports. All this fuel is being controlled by my AEM EMS with the speed density conversion so squeezing nos on my built motor with a standalone management isnt a problem.
The questions i have is i have a tial 35mm wastegate. If i run 18psi on the street (with JE 9.0:1 pistons) will a 70 shot be too much for the street on cali 91pump gas ??? is the wastegate big enough or too small and will overspool my turbo ??? Will a 100 shot on 116 vp race gas on 25 psi be too much ??? will the wastegate be able to handle that ??? i know with lots of boost the wastegate has less to get rid of. Do i need to upgrade my wastegate ??? am i thinking of squeezing in too high of hp shots ??? or is it pretty safe ??? i am thinking of setting up a couple of lines to spray ON the FMIC also. then again i might be thinking of just getting water injection for the FMIC to cool it down i dont know. i might even spray NOS inside the FMIC and wate inject onto the FMIC. i dont know there are just so many options out there and dont know which way to run. Will a directo port be useless with so little shots being run ???
