As some of you know this is "onyx". I went to mississippi and picked her up..she made 824 miles(60 miles short from my house). The transfer case locked up on me,the rear seal went. As you all know I have one hell of a starting point with this car, my goals are about 450- 500 awhp. I have a nice set up already,it just needs a few upgrades and tuning. There will be plenty updates as I go, so far all ive done is replace the transfer case and cosmetics. So lets start with what she looks like now.

Ahhh my. Glad to see it parked near a garage. :) She's in capable hands.

So what does the car already have done to it and what are you wanting to do to it? List of potential parts?

Onyx is actually my previous car which is seen in my avatar and mods list in line with what was done to it at the time of him picking it up. Hopefully get to see a lot done to it from here!

Oh nice! Can't wait to see what that does!

I was actually just talking to some local DSMers about the car and where it was last night! Great timing to post an update! Get that tuned and show us some dyno sheets!

Install almost done...just waiting on two couplers and a fitting. Also I had to remove my d/s fan. It was hitting wastegate

Put it on the front side of the Radiator between the FMIC and the Rad and use it as a Push fan. Don't want to lose that cooling efficiency. It'll also help lower turbo temps a slight bit. Get as much air moving through that radiator as possible.

Also a neat idea would be to Plastidip the top of the radiator a few layers. From experience - put your hand on that thing by accident after the car has warmed up is a terrible experience. Lol.

Oh, and update your year already! She's a 98! :p Hahaha.

Im gonna do that ..im going to eliminate the a/c system cause there is not enough room between the condenser and radiator. . Guess its time to clean the engine bay up alittle

Hrm, sure you're not talking about the power steering? The AC is located on the back of the block.

For some reason I thought you meant for the 02 housing. Lack of sleep can cause a lot of reading issues. Haha.

Try her out on the front of the condensor. It'll still move plenty of air. A DSM with functioning AC is rare!
