Okay so I went with another route and ended up still getting a built block, but with 9.5:1 1400hd Wiseco pistons with Crower Billet rods.
I also bought a new turbo setup finally. Ported 20g tdo5, ported SBR manifold with open dump TiaL wastegate. I wanted a quick spooling setup just for street fun, so the tdo5 housing along with the 9.5:1 compression should spool real quick.
Here's some carnage from my last motor that blew
I should have this all put in within the next two weeks, I have to get the head rebuilt too because a few valves hit the pistons. Going to use evo8 springs/retainers while it's opened up. Then dyno tune, hoping to make at least 450whp
