1995 Mitsubishi eclipse built 6 bolt swap HX35

I started this build 2 months ago with the purchase of this shell and engine on the side pre built with receipts. I've been working hard to get it done so now I need to catch up on build. It was a bit of a drive to get it.

Next day I cleaned then dropped the motor in

Next I went onto getting everything worked out.....the hardest part was not the cam angle sensor but the down pipe and the oil lines.

Now two months later I'm just working out the last kinks and cleaning up after it all. I wish I had taken more photos looking back but it is what it is.

I will work up the mod list tomorrow night but this is all my current post photos looking for 600hp hint on break in 10lbs pulling roughly 375hp before 4500rpm

What's the suspension setup on that?

Tokico HP Suspension Kit HPK239 I didn't buy them they were already on the car. The first night I went out no sway bars on the car it turned like a champ very little body roll so I'm happy with the way it handles and I'm working on my sway bar strut bar situation. I also like the way it sits now. I really need a front camber kit though traction problems.

Besides the valve spring retainers, whats titanium in the top end?

The tail lights are handled I'm just stumped on getting this thing running rite now though.....and I'll have to look at all the details on it I didn't build the motor bought it with the car on the side I have the receipts but there in my garage somewhere lost I'll post the exact stuff when I find them I'm just getting pissed off at it at this point

Looks good hope you have better luck with that manifold than others have hanging the heavy holset off it.

The manifold has a lower brace as well as lower turbot creative on this one.

Ya I know as well as new CV axles ordering this week and I'm going to get a front camber kit.

Looks good! You'll have a real tough time making 600awhp on an HX35 though.

That manifold will fail. I had a brace and all that stuff. It still cracked. Same setup as you. Also, like others said the 600whp will be pretty impossible with the hx35 on pump gas. It will be closer to 400-450. Nice car looking forward to the results.

Ya I know on the manifold I'm working on something blue printed a little crazzy and ya you're probably rite after further review.
