Aight heres the deal my car has the stage 2 star performance turbo kit on a built motor aight... runs ok... nothing big i go to this called muffler city... (i live in anchorage ak...) anyways i put a high flow cat on... they told me 2 reset my ecu buy just unplugging the batt beacause the ecu needs to adjust to the cat... oooh k... i grandma shift home... and do it. i plug it back up and now... seems like all hell has broke lose my car was working fine now when the turbo kits in it spools like crazy bov is like 382749832 million times louder. then it turns off or revs at 2000 rpms then slowly down to 1000 then turns off or idles rough....wtf it seems like once the ecu notices i have the turbo (about 10 minutes after reseting) it freaks out... MY GUESS is i need a fuel management system... like s-afc which i have (not yet installed) seems like its sucking a lot of air and not enough fuel. So... does anyone have any ideas? or did i guess it right on the spot. needs fuel management?
