95 Eagle Talon AWD build

I have owned this car for a while now and in 2002 the car sat because of crank walk. Well she been siting ever since then, until currently,. It's a 95 Eagle Talon AWD 5 speed with 57k original miles and this year she is getting everything done to her. I'm just tired of the car sitting in the back yard and I want her running this year again. Reason she sat so long was 1) at the time I was restoring flipping DSMs 2) juggling a wife and kids and 3) in and out of jobs trying to better myself.

Well since now I don't have a wife anymore nagging at my ear and all I have to do is worry about my kids, it's time to bring the car back to life. So I'm just building a street car, not interested on making her a drag queen because the way I look at it is this. I would LOVE to own a EVO 9 MR but I don't have the funds right now, so the next best thing is my Talon which in 2001 I paid $10k for her with 38k on the odometer. Needless to say, she will be running again and I have been DSMLess for about a good 4 years now. It's driving me nuts not to have a DSM again, so I have to have something this year for sure.

I pretty much have everything I need to put her together:

Put in some time with her today and man I'm so excited. I miss this car so bad and I know when I drive it again flash backs with reappear :wink:

She is in!!!!

I can't wait to hear her purrr.....

Update 5/3/13:

The exhaust is cut, welded and on the car.

She on the ground now, yes!!!

Current car is down and out.
