95-96 front bumper

Anyone know where i can get a 95-96 front bumper? Mine is all scratched up and it has some cracks. I hate driving around san diego(and its not even lowered!).
And will 97+ headlights fit on a 95-96 bumper?

The lights will fit, but there is going to be a small gap. 97-99 Headlights are smaller.

i have a brand new 96 TSi bumper. i will sell it for cheap if someone can find me a 97 + talon bumper.
