I bought an ECU with linkv3 already but is there a way to tell if it’s a 90-91 version or 92+?

This is what I got. Near as I can read, the 3 verticals boards in center mean it’s a 90 and to put in my 92 Id need to swap PINs. Can anyone confirm?

It should have a MD# on it that would identify the computers origin. Does it have one?

Check the MD number on the case. Here is the ECU list. Based on my quick research, the E2T34478 ecu is MD145903, which would be a 90 ecu. Double check though

I just swapped wires on my 1990 when I put a 91 ECU with link in it. Same applies to you only you are using a 90 in a 91+, they swap the same wires.

True. I had to rewire my ptu/coils when I went with a ARCII box, but the swap worked out and all things function as they should, thank goodness.

Thanks all. Near as I can tell all I have to do to use the 90 in my 92 is swap wires. It looks like if you’re putting a 91+ in a 90 then u have to do more to deal with the tach issue.
