90-91 head bolts; not torque-to-yield???

Is it true, the 90-91 head bolts are not torque to yield? eg. I could re-use them?

Although I suppose I'd want to take a gauge to them just to check and make sure that they didn't stretch too much, right? I know, I know, "You should just get ARP's man" but that's not what I'm asking.
 
I would spend <$100 for some ARP studs...but you are correct about the bolts being reusable, I reused mine a couple of times before the ARP's.
