I don't think it looks right on the front bumper. It looks like it cuts too much of a curve under the side markers. And it makes the side markers look like they are sticking out a bit. Look closely at the curves of the top of the bumper. It doesn't look like it fits correct at all.

hey man thanx i never noticed that an i totally see wat you mean. i like the drift kit better but it would take some modding to fit. for now i think im gonna save up for a turbo instead of wastin money. for looks rightnow im gonna drop it a bit an thats it

The Risq front is a subtle-looking aftermarket front bumper that just comes down lower than stock and sticks out further. It's not wild and it doesn't look like a catfish or anything. It looks like it could've been a factory areo kit option. It would need lower skirts and a rear to look right, though. I forget who sells it, go to DSMtalk.com and search or ask about the Risq bumper. I've seen it over there but those jerk-offs banned me from the site or I would go grab a link and post it here for you.

yeah, no 1st gen should really have a kit... personally i like the body of the awd tsi 1st gens... very nice, and it should stay that way, the only thing i'd do, is probably that pop up weld mod thing, then... it will look god! im still saving up for the car, here i come!:thumb:

The "NEO Type X" on that asylums page is the same thing as the Risque kit that was inquired about in one of the above threads.

this is a friend's car. from what i've seen its only a front bumper, no sideskirts or rear. but in all reality the car doesn't need those. the bumper is actually stolen from a mr2 kit, but it looks awesome on our cars.

the design is for a 2nd generation mr2 bodykit. they simply fill in the turn signal areas and level off the top and then sell it for our cars.

makes me wonder what other mr2 kits might fit then.

here's what it looks like on an mr2.

ahhh I get it now. Thats why the body lines don't look quite right coming from the fenders down to the bumper. It doesn't flow correctly IMO. It is still a nice front end though.
