5" Round Muffler w/3" in/out?

Besides Borla, does anyone know who makes a 5" round body muffler with 3" ins/outs? I have a 6" round Magnaflow under the car where the cat used to be and it hangs a bit low.
 
I must be a dope, as I can't find one on their site. Where did you see it? Is it a brand new model?
