well... my car has been hesitating for awhile, and i was thinking just a fuel filter or dirty injectors, turns out, whoever had the car in the past took the Catalytic converter off.... which means the O2 sensor is being drowned in fuel and is why its bogging, also i cant put my catback on because the flange is gone.

This is all my assumption, cause I know little about the 4G64 stock engine components, but usually the secondary O2 sensor right after the catalytic converter is just to monitor how well the catalytic converter is performing.

I don't think that's your issue.

Correct, the rear o2 sensor doesn't control fuel trims. You can remove it completely and the car will run fine, it will just throw a check engine light.

where's the first o2? i just changed out my exhaust and there wasnt one on the header.

Typically it's on the downpipe.

have you checked for it around the manifold? my first o2 is at the bottom of my exhaust manifold

dont have a manifold, just a header and there is nothing there.
