That's weird, cause when I googled it, the first one was a link to DIYautotune.
Let me google that for you
You can try Symtech Labs, as well. They specialize in building it for the 420a.

AEM Analog Boost Gauge-144$ im not sure if you all recommend a cheaper one with good response/quality.
I wouldn't waste your time with this. Why spend $150 when you can spend $30, or so? Just get a good mechanical boost gauge. Glowshift gauges, prosport gauges. Look around in the forums for some other recommended brands.

You're probably going to need bigger than 600cc in order to reach 440whp. You'll see that with the injector calculators.

no EBAY Thank You.
Actually, Ebay is looked at as, "a not so bad place to get parts for your 420a". :) I've been turbo'd for ~10,000 miles and just about all my parts are Ebay. Not one issue, yet.

Oil feed and return line kits-100$
If you go to a local shop, they'll probably have oil lines for cheaper. Again, I got my oil lines off of Ebay, for like $15.

Treadstone turbo manifold-250$ by the way the turbo I chose can bolt up with this manifold right?
The turbo, or manifold, should come with a T3 gasket.. And, yes, as long as the turbo you selected has a T3 flange, then you'll be fine.

Intercooler piping where can I get?
If you're getting your downpipe custom made, you might-as-well get your intercooler piping custom made, as well.

Edit: I just noticed that you said you're aiming for 200-350whp. I would narrow that down a bit if I were you, that's a pretty broad range. 600cc injectors will be fine for that amount. Earlier, you said 440whp, I figured that was your goal.

thanks for the tips...and yeah im aiming 200-350hp not 440hp i meant the turbo was rated at that max hp...and that's weird when i searched google for the megasquirt it never gave me those websites thanks man now i know where i can buy it...

I would recomend an in line oil pressure regulator. If you don't have one you'll burn out your turbo's bearings with 80+ lbs of oil pressure. Also, I'd worry more about a fuel setup than lowering your car or a sway or strut bar. You'll need a FPR, I suggest Aeromotive. Also, do you have access to your turbo's compressor map? I ask because it doesn't really matter what your turbo is rated for HP wise. You'll want to know where your turbo's efficiency island is. Here's a link that'll help you understand what I'm talking about: http://www.gnttype.org/techarea/turbo/turboflow.html
With the work you've done to your engine already and the amount of money you've allocated for your build, I'd look into doing more with your engine cause it'll take the punishment. Also, eBay is what's up for an intercooler setup. With some 1000cc injectors and a good Megasquirt tune, you'll be knocking on 400-500WHP's door with just a little deeper gouge taken out of your wallet. All the while, doing this RELIABLY, provided you have a good tune. Lemme show you:

Original Total for all your parts including Megasquirt and your unpriced ones: $3444

Here's my parts list for you:

Megasquirt 420A kit with Innovate LC-1 Wideband controller: $760.00
Symtech Race Manifold: $450.00
(insert name here) Turbo: 700.00
Tial 38mm Wastegate: $200.00
eBay Intercooler with BOV: $200.00
Aeromotive AFPR: $200.00
Custom Downpipe: $100.00
1000cc injectors: $350.00
Used GSX Calipers:$100.00 Used rotors is bad juju.....
Fuel send and return kits: $350.00
Walbro: $90.00
Fuel Rail: $160.00
Oil Send/Return kit: $100.00
DIY Manual Boost Controller: $8.99 (Local Hardware)
Sunpro Boost Guage: $29.99
Sunpro A/F Guage:$39.99

Grand Total: $3838.97

You'll want to allocate a good 500 bucks on test and tune, too, unless you plan on doing it yourself. Which, unless you understand fuel maps or want to spend your entire winter reading, I wouldn't suggest doing. There is alot of help for Megasuirt, but you'll still have alot of info to read up on. I've run out of money for my build for the season and can't even order MS until Feb or March, but I've been reading up on it for the last 3 months. If you plan on waiting some time before your build, here's some good reading material for you.MegaSquirt Forums

This is all just my $0.02 Hope it helped some.
