With a 420A running from 500-700 hp, how likly is it that it will ever have more then 435 foot lbs of torque?

no, the question was with 500-700hp would i hit over 435 foot pounds of torque. and yes a 420a can hit over 400!

go to www.hahnracecraft.com and yes a 420 can get more than 400hp and why would you want to know about a 700hp 420a's lbs/ft? if your going to turbo your car your going to worry about way more than that of replacing a clutch... and your def.. not going to be starting at 700hp.. your going to replace a lot of shiiii on the way.... but start with a turbo set up then work your way.

no it can't ... and a stock clutch is just right for your 700 hp n/a monster

yes i am not retarted, i asked the question because my i have already replaced everything i need to, i'm not some dumb noobie that doesn't know what to do, i asked a specific qestion why couldn't you just answer it. just some your not wondering, i have a fatty T3/T4OE turbo, huge FMIC, completly redone engine, not a single stocker left standing, the hahn 8inj setup, quaif LSD, stage 5 700hp drave shaft axles. so yeah i'd imagine i'm ready for it. i want to know the ft/lbs, so that i can diside between the stage 4 or 5 clutch from spec, this will be my street/track "monster". SO i was wondering that if i had the 700hp would i ever hit more then 436 ft/lbs of torque?

thats cool for you and all man but your profile says n/t and you have no pictures in the gallery and your real answer would be go to the damb dyno and quit crying about it.... ask a question get some answers if you dont like the answers given then maybe the question should of never been asked.... SO! answer your own question get the car to a dyno and take some pictures....

"So if the engine has been completely taken apart, and getting all new parts (i mean everything) how do i get the crank to cams/valves timeing back on. so that i get the crank to valves position right, so i don't crunch the valves. and as an added question, anyone know any good advance or retard to give a little more pick me up."
So you're not a noob, you know what you're doing but you don't have a grasp of what TDC is nor have the cams dialed in to match the crank?

"They are in good condition, never bottomed out with it, will send all gaskets needed. Oh and i'm getting rid of them so i can go turbo. I did what i suggested, i bought the OBX becasue they were cheap and fun sounding plus gave a little hp. PM me or email "

So which is it? You HAVE the kit on the car or you're trying to GET the kit on the car?

"Anyone know where to ge the missing link? other than www.importparts.com, because they wont accept my credit card."

Once again... a component needed to go turbo with a 420A that you don't have yet so this leaves us where again???

"is there any other place then http://roadraceengineering.com to buy a Quaife Limited Slip Differential for 2G N/T? or has anyone ordered from roadrace? are they trustable?"

So you've got this monster but still on the stock differential? I doubt it.

"I have a completely built engine, nothing factory has been left standing. I put a fatty T3/T4OE turbo on there and am running 25psi at the track. I was wondering what you think the maximum N2O shot it could handle was? I'm thinking its not a lot so i believe the single nozzel will work well."

Plain and simple you're not really convincing me that you have much more than high hopes. Three days ago you claim you are already running the car with 25 psi and want to run nitrous. Yesterday you're asking about an LSD Diff, you're trying to sell a header so you CAN GO TURBO, you don't have a missing link for said turbo kit that I am totally baffled as to it's current home, and today you're asking about how to index cams.

Why don't you quit wasting our time?

Look man just come clean and let us know what is really going on. We dont like liars and I knwo that the 420A communitty doesnt need some moron giving them a bad name.

Now, why would you want to get a clutch that will be just above the torque rating that youare "making". The only way to know your power will be to dyno it and see what kind of toque it will make. From there you can call the clutch company and they will help you fidn the right clutch for the application. If it just a weeked toy, then why would it matter what clutch you pick. It wont be daily driven so if the pedal prssure is to high you wont have to worry about it.

Ight, i'll lay it all out, doug your right i am throwen out some random info, I have my engine at a machine shop right now getting bored/honed decked, valves bored, crank/everything balanced, i currently have the turbo i keep rantin about, i have the stage 5 axles sitting on the ground, LSD on the way. And i was here askin what my torque would be so i know what clutch to buy, i want spec, a stage 4 or 5, i was thinkin 5 but its "not for street use" and i think it will have some crazzy engaugement. but not sure if the 4 can handle it. I have this car as a DD, so it needs to somewhat normal driveable. Sorry about throwing around the word i have or and getting and am putting in, I said these quick amd without thinking, but sometimes it helps to just say i have, so i can get a qucik answer to a short question. sorry for all the annoyance. So yeah i can't go get it dynoed because its not moving, thats why i "didn't like the first answer" and kept asking, i'll take pics when i'm finished, i don't put my sstuff in the profile because as like I said its not all done yet.
