4 spider diff, yes or no?

Well im having my tranny rebuilt right now by speed desing (local shop) and they make 4 spider diffs, acutally they make the one TRE sells. But anyway People with or without the 4 spider diff i would like some input on how easy it is to brake, how big of a pain it is once it brakes and how many of you have broke your diff? Basicly im debating if i want to scrape together 500 more bucks (that i really dont have) for the 4 spider diff, and i might or might not brake the stock one. Thanks

if you plan on doing any kind of drag racing or making anywhere over 300hp,go for the 4 gear diff.

4 spider difff = $500

Logger = ~$400


i only have egt and modifed a/f for readings

i would do both

i had a 95gsx at one point with speed designs 4 spider diff in it.
i shelled second gear and a couple others i think, the center diff was still intact.
ask mark or jeff about it {white 95 gsx} the should still have my tranny out there in pieces
