So I'm coming home from work and I see the 3rg gen camaro(Z28) with the license plate OOHHDDOG.

I think nothing of it until I see him slow down and get behind me. We turn left and he speeds past me like an idiot so I let him feel bad-ass then we get to the light.

It turns green I drop at about 4k nothing special get him out of the whole and he never caught up. he cam close to my back bumper in 2nd and that's it.

The pathetic thing was is that my throttle cable is messed so when my foot is to the floor I only get 86% throttle.
 
I can't give my car full throttle, or I fuel cut. I got video of my speedometer hitting 145mph the other day, and I was only 3/4 throttle because I started fuel cutting if I gave it to much more. And right when I started hitting 145mph I started fuel cutting and I decided to slow down then. I need to get rid of this boostcreep.

No. Do you think I just push the throttle 3/4 way just because I think it won't? It fuel cuts on WOT because I boostcreep to high. If i keep the throttle off of WOT it keeps my boost down just enough to keep me from fuel cutting. It might be a little more then 3/4, but its not totally WOT. I keep on the throttle enough just to keep the car from fuel cutting, but keeping the throttle on enough to get the car going rich, and not having it go from rich to lean etc. like when you are just normal driving.

samething happens to me, its like you just know how much gas you can go before you are going to hit fuel cut.
