3G Eclipse, No spark

So I have a 2.4L ecliose that I just got for 100$ but dont know much about 2.4l, he told me the car only needed a altinator just been sitting for 7 months, I tried putting my op battery in it and just cranks and cranks and cranks changed my plugs and wires still no spark, changed the cam sensor still nothing, I noticed that the fuse link on the pos battery is blown, but all the fuses in both boxes are fine, does anyone know a no spark but crank solution to this ? The car is a 2003 so it's a 3g and is a auto not a manual
