These front bumper shutters are 100% real carbon fiber and designed for the 2gb (97-99) Eclipse front bumper. To install them properly some drilling is required into the front bumper and minor cutting of the CF shutter to fit your specific bumper on the bottom using scissors (since all bumpers are a bit different) but all mounting hardware is included. Any installation questions after you receive your shutters I can help with.
