Prothane makes this one for a 2G but not individually

I know on FWD models the same part is used for the front & rear. For some reason I can't find a part # for your necessary part though. On the parts diagrams I use it's greyed out and listed as out of stock.

I wonder what exactly the difference is between the FWD bushings and AWD bushings. In the illustration it just looks larger diameter but those aren't to scale.
