The manual will give you full feedback so you have every confidence in what its doing, you point it will follow,So does this contraption actually give you a better stiffer steering feel compared to the light unsecured feeling that you get with the stock power steering feel?
I dont have any more info on it apart from whst i listed in my initial post, its a bolt on unit with basic wiring and as plug and play as possible, the chap who makes it runs it as he made it and the others will be exactly the same setup. Its non tuneable and is a good feel when driving,Need more info on EPS with full kit as wel.
From memory he said it felt fine and not dangerous, I have asked him if he has a video now but his car is currently off the road for a bit so i dont think he can make any videos apart from ones he already hasI’d be curious to see what the assist from the EPS looks like at highway speeds (if it’s possible to make another video).
Also, will the EPS kit only bolt on to these modified racks, or can we order the EPS alone and use it with an otherwise stock steering vehicle?
please do as this will show others of an option for us as this can be used outside of what I am doing but ideally Im trying to keep this useage to my racks currently,It is my understanding that the two have worked out an agreement that it's an option when someone buys the Quaife rack. I have been talking with Cole about the EPS kit and it does seem like a true bolt on steering column with a small amount of wiring, about as much wiring as a gauge install. I am about to pull my rack and column which I will then be sending the column off to Cole. If I am the first to get one from Cole, I can do a product/service review with an install.
nothing is being shipped to me from the US.Correct me of I'm wrong Bobby, so we have to pay the $335 for rack and pinion kit from Quaife, plus shipping our racks over to the UK or $100 for a core, plus $300 for brandon to do the work on the racks plus the cost of the EPS kit which is about $240-$280 plus shipping. So for the whole package its about $875-$1015 split up between you guys doing the work of course, plus any shipping costs, do we have to have that full amount ready all at once or are the specific amounts requested as the process is going on? Also might be a good idea to push the date back to early March so that it gives some people time to collect there tax returns to get in on this.

Normally you will receive everything to install so sending in your parts is not needed, but i dont know your emails so you guys have something sorted out between yourselfs
Got it. My fault, I made the assumption that everyone was on your side of the world. Thank you for the break down.nothing is being shipped to me from the US.
the rack and pinions from quiafe come to me, then i have to palletise them in a special container and those will be shipped to EWM. Brandon then does ALL the work and thats when you get a core from him if needed or you can send yours into him either or its upto you and others how you do this, he will then ship it back to you and all costs from Brandon will be pre quoted once you send him an email as listed in the first post,
the EPS kit is just a buy in kit only, you dont need to send anything in,
all parts paid to each person when that stage is ready, so to get on the list i get paid first,
once the racks are being made brandon will get his section sorted out and paid
then the EPS kits can be bought when ever during the process
EMW AND EPS kits will only need to be looked at once the Quaife order has gone though so we know its happening and can proceed with the rest of the parts.
As for the close of the post, i ideally would like to keep the middle of Feb, depending on numbers I can see what happens.
You don't send the rack to the UK, you send it to Brandon here in the US. You buy the Qauife parts from Bobby which are sent to Brandon fo rthe machining of the rack and install of the Bobby parts. The toal is around $915 for all parts and services plus shipping your rack and column.
You send the steering column to Cole and he modifies it to fit the EPS kit. He sends it back to you and all you have to do is bolt it in and wire it up.

Ok sweet, so the payments are sectioned off. We send payment for the parts from Bobby. Wait until they are done, then send payments to brandon who will be doing the machine work to fit them in the racks we send him, then we send to cole for those getting the EPS kit to have him fit the kit. Alright I got the idea now. If all goes well for me, I'll send the payment in early February the latest. Thanks again for the break down guys!
I could do this work but since EMW does this ready its easier for him plus less overall cost and its within the US, and i always try to keep cost in mind for everyone so this keeps it down alot
Thanks dude, I try my best and will continue to think and offer cool parts, always thinking of things to do and come up with,That's another reason why I respect you Bobby. Thank you for continuing to do this kind of stuff for the community, don't know how many timesI I've said that
Send me a pm and i shall get you sorted with paypal details to get on the list, im just off out now so sha get back to you later,Im in for the whole thing.
It might work like that, i dont know honestly, . My knowledge on electronics is limited but i can see the effects, kinda like fuel pumps and regulating the voltage,I wonder if it would be as simple as wiring a potentiometer inline with the power. I am not the best with electronics but if the voltage is what drives how hard the EPS works it might work, plus it would be adjustable.
