2g manifold

i have small crack in the exhaust manifold on the webbing it isnt leaking yet but it will eventually, i priced out a manifold at mitsubishi and it is only 240 bucks canadian which aint that bad, but it doesnt come with any gaskets, so i was wondering if the stock manifold gaskets will work, and if their is anything else i will need when i install it. thanks for the help.

You will want to replace the gaskets so get a new manifold gasket and a new turbo gasket. Other than that just be sure not to break any of the studs.

Personally if your doing it on your 92 all I'm going to say is Good Luck not breaking any of the studs. I wish you the best.

Man... Um... you should consider just snatching up a used 2g manifold or getting one from magnus if it isn't that high. Maybe gaskets from local mitsu or concelli?

where could i take it to get installed, without them breaking the studs or whatever.

It's not going to be anything "special" they do about the install to not break them. It's sadly going to depend on the wear and tear or the durability of the studs themselves.

Use a lot of penatrating oil.

You have to drill it out and re-tap the hole itself.
