2G LED Interior Upgrades

Looking for a solution to replace your outdated and aging interior lighting, here you go. I build LED modded gauge clusters, HVAC Panels, and all the assorted switches for 2G DSMs. I've been refining this for years and finally have the perfect setup. I can do any color LED lighting as long as it is available on the market. These are fully dimmable with the OEM dimmer switch

I also offer the labor to sand the backs of the gauge faces WITHOUT removing the needles. Many people believe this isn't possible, but I promise it is. If you are interested, please download a copy of the order form attached at the bottom and send me a PM for payment and shipping info. Prices are listed on the form per part.

I've attempted this for 1G parts, and sadly it's not nearly as easy, and would be limited to red or orange light only, so, I'm sorry 1G guys, this is only for the 2G platform.

I do not do any crazy builds, what you see is what I do. No color changing (sadly). Maybe in time that will be an option, but there's more to learn before it's possible.

Not interested in trading anything for my work as payment.
There is an order form attached at the end of this post.

Here's the link to the previous thread for these mods. If you have questions, please post them there to help keep this page cleaned up: https://www.dsmtuners.com/threads/led-hvac-panels.522990/

I have one of the LED HVAC panels already, excellent workmanship! I need to recoup some funds after my recent project, but I will likely be grabbing some of the random switches/panels. My vert top switch hasn't lit up since the day I bought the car.. didn't even know there was a bulb in there!ROFL

So what's the cost? I also have a import intelligence Needle Kit (Blue) that I would be intrested in you installing maybe. As of right now I am just seeing what something like this would cost and what's all involved. Thanks

On the original post, there is an order form at the bottom that lists the prices. However, the hvac is $50, all the switches and the ignition ring are $10 each. The gauge cluster is $200, and sanding the faces is another $40 (basically $10 per gauge face). This being said, the gauge cluster is not ready for sale. I had it built and wired up, and something wasn't working properly and fried the cluster's PCB on the back side. So I have to find another solution for powering the LEDs. Aside from that issue, the cluster is good. I also make sure that the needles never come off while sanding the faces, or otherwise working on the gauges. I don't know of any place that'll re-calibrate them, and don't want to cause the same headache for anyone else. With that in mind, I saw the Import Intelligence kit a long time ago, but didn't want to remove the needles to install them. I have found another solution to do the same lighting, but haven't yet had a chance to build it. It would be the same idea though.

Do you still offer this service?

Yes. The only parts you don't have to send me are the hvac and cluster. Those I build a separate circuit board for, and you open them up to install the board. The switches I would need to modify since they are so small. I take them apart, solder in the LEDs, then reassemble.

Are the prices that you have previously listed still accurate?

I got the boards from Amazon.

uxcell 15x20cm Single Sided Universal Printed Circuit Board for DIY Soldering 5pcs https://a.co/d/exPZZuc

These may not be the exact boards, since it's been a while since I did these, but it is similar at least, if not the same.
I am interested in doing some of these projects in a 1g.

Where would I be able to source the board you are using?

Thanks in advance!
